This policy explains what personal data OkayAgent handles. The operator is OkayAgent, operated by Mohamed El Hadrami, Nouakchott, Mauritania. Contact: the support chat on the OkayAgent page on Whop.
Two roles
- Controller for account data of our customers: name and email from Whop, membership status, login events.
- Processor for the data our customers send through the Service: action descriptions and payloads, amounts, approver email addresses, client names, decisions and the audit log. For this data our customer is the controller and our DPA applies.
What we collect and why

We do not sell personal data, do not use it for advertising, and do not use customer data to train AI models. We use only a session cookie needed to keep you signed in.
Where the data is and who helps us
Data is stored in the data centre region of our hosting provider. We use these sub-processors:

Transfers outside the EEA rely on the providers' Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep customer data while the subscription is active. After cancellation, or on request, we delete the workspace and its actions within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep. Billing records are kept by Whop.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, or object to its use, through the support chat on the OkayAgent page on Whop. If you are an approver added by one of our customers, we pass your request to that customer, who controls your data. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
