Terms of Service

These terms apply to OkayAgent (the "Service"), provided by OkayAgent, operated by Mohamed El Hadrami, Nouakchott, Mauritania ("we"). By starting a trial or a subscription you ("Customer") accept them.

1. What the Service does

OkayAgent receives actions proposed by your automations and AI agents, asks the approvers you choose to approve, edit or reject them, and returns the decision to your workflow. It can let an agent act without review under rules you configure ("earned autonomy").

2. Your responsibilities

• You decide which actions go through OkayAgent, who approves them and which autonomy rules apply. Actions your workflows run, including auto-approved ones, remain your responsibility.
• You have the right to send us the data in each action and to add each approver's email address. If you act for your own clients, you have their permission to do so.
• You keep API keys, agent keys and signing secrets confidential, and you do not use the Service for unlawful purposes, spam or to bypass another service's security.

3. Plans, trial and billing

Plans, prices and limits are shown on the product page. Billing, taxes, renewals and cancellations are handled by Whop under Whop's terms. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Each new customer gets one free trial.

4. Guarantee

If none of your clients has approved an action within 30 days of your first payment, we refund your first month. Ask through the support chat on the OkayAgent page on Whop within 45 days of that payment.

5. Availability

We work to keep the Service available and deliver callbacks with automatic retries, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Design your workflows so that a missing decision stops the action (this is how the templates work).

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for actions executed by your workflows.

7. Data

Our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement explain how we handle personal data. The DPA applies automatically to every subscription.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will show the new date on this page; significant changes are announced by email at least 14 days in advance. Questions: the support chat on the OkayAgent page on Whop.
